| Whitnah & Hampton Law, LLC was formed by Robert W. Whitnah, PC and Hampton Law, P.C. respectively. Robert Whitnah and Krischele Hampton were married in July of 2010. Both Bob and Krischele have a strong desire to dedicate their respective legal careers to helping those who live and work in Northeast Oregon. 
Mr. Robert Whitnah graduated from the University of Oregon School of Law. After law school, Bob served as a Deputy District Attorney for 4 ½ years. In that position, Bob handled hundreds of complex criminal cases, including felonies and misdemeanors. Bob then established Robert W. Whitnah, P.C. in April of 2006. Bob truly enjoys interacting with his clients. His practice emphasizes general litigation and criminal defense. When not in the office, Bob is most likely archery hunting or fly-fishing with friends and family.
Ms. Krischele Whitnah graduated from the University of Oregon School of Law, Order of the Coif and entered private practice in December of 2006. Krischele has handled a variety of case types, however she currently focuses on cases involving complex civil litigation, and family law. Krischele also enjoys spending time with family outdoors in beautiful Eastern Oregon.
